Owner Geoff Ferdón personally inspects and sets up each instrument, carefully adjusting action, intonation, and playability to optimal specifications. This personalized attention ensures that your guitar performs at its highest potential from the moment it arrives.
IMPORTANT: This guitar features a 12-hole bridge. This design puts the strings at a higher angle relative to the saddle, allowing a greater transfer of energy into the top of the guitar at the saddle. This gives this guitar extra volume and resonance. It is very important that the strings are tied properly to prevent slipping. For instructions on how to tie the strings, please see the video below:

If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from your refund, so please fully insure the guitar with your shipper.

All guitars listed on our site as "new" carry a 3-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship. If any manufacturing defects are found within the first three years, we will repair or replace the instrument.
