The top is made fully at the shop in Madrid, while the body is assembled at another factory by expert luthiers in Spain. It then comes back to the hands of the guitar makers at Ramírez, who, under Amalia's supervision, make sure it's as perfect as can be.
The SPR has an extraordinary voicing, intonation and register. Its sound is clean, deep and enchanting to say the least. Good sustain and good projection. Firm basses and sweet lively trebles give this classical guitar a unique personality, plus its string action and spacing make it more versatile than one can imagine for a traditional template design.
