Woodside AB-2 Angle Block for GS1, GS2, GS3 & GS4 Supports
The Woodside AB-2 Angle Block extends the angular adjustment range of the Woodside GS1, GS2, GS3, and GS4 guitar supports. The kit includes two interchangeable bases — one at 15 degrees and one at 25 degrees — that mount between the clamp and the ball joint, tilting the entire mechanism beyond the support's standard adjustment range.
How It Works
A stock Woodside support provides roughly 13 degrees of angular adjustment through its ball joint mechanism. The AB-2 adds a fixed 15- or 25-degree tilt underneath that mechanism, and because the block can be mounted in any orientation on the clamp, the added angle can be directed wherever you need it. The combination gives you a very wide range of angular positioning while keeping the guitar on a stable, locked platform — no drift, no slipping under playing pressure.
Who the Angle Block Is For
The AB-2 is most popular with players who prefer a more upright, vertical playing position than the stock support comfortably reaches — a posture many classical guitarists adopt for left-hand ergonomics and reduced shoulder strain. It's equally useful for anyone whose ideal position sits just outside the standard adjustment range in any direction. Combined with a lift kit, it allows nearly complete freedom in customizing where and how the guitar sits.
This Item Is the Angle Block Only
The AB-2 is an accessory, not a complete support. A Woodside GS1, GS2, GS3, or GS4 guitar support is required and is sold separately — see our full range of

HLK-2 High Lift Kit pairs naturally with the Angle Block for a fully customized setup.
